De jaarlijkse prijsuitreiking omvat optredens van bekende artiesten en de uitreiking van prijzen die de meeste publieke belangstelling trekken.<\/p>\n<p>Dit jaar vond de prijsuitreiking plaats op 15 november in de MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. De belangrijkste figuren uit de Spaanse (en Portugese) muziekwereld waren bij het evenement aanwezig.<\/p>\n<p>De ceremonie begon met optredens van salsazanger Marc Anthony, zanger en acteur Will Smith en reggaetonartiest Bad Bunny.<\/p>\n<p>Spanje was goed vertegenwoordigd op het gala; Bunbury werd bekroond met de prijs voor beste rockalbum. <em>Verwachtingen<\/em>en Manolo Garc\u00eda voor beste pop\/rockalbum voor zijn <em>bliksemgeometrie<\/em>.
