tamara de lempicka (Every day until February 24th)
To meet the iconic Támara Łempicka, the “Queen of Art-Decó”, the Gaviria Palace She opens the door for us and presents us with a free, modern, glamorous woman who is not easily intimidated. Lesser known facts about the artist, such as her bisexuality, will be exposed for those who want to feel closer to the Polish artist.
The downside of the wonderful location is the uneconomical price of the exhibition venue.

Humberto Rivas (Until January 5th)
The Argentine's photographs are displayed in the MAPFRE Foundation, in the Bárbara de Bragança Hall. Entry is no more than 3 euros.
Next year marks 10 years since the death of the Buenos Aires artist, who received the National Prize from the Spanish Ministry of Culture in 1997.
Beyond 2001: Odysseys to intelligence (Until February 17th)
The Exhibition is located in Telefonica Foundationon Gran Vía. It's free.
Based on the film 2001: A Space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrick, the exhibition brings together reflections from personalities in the history of technology, such as Alan Turing, on the Artificial intelligence (IA), denying myths and predicting its future evolution, whose importance is irrefutable.

It is taken as a reference to the supercomputer hal 9000one of the film's protagonists, and its plausibility is analyzed with the technologies currently being developed
Furthermore, the exhibition is equipped with interactive zones such as portraits of robots (you need to make an appointment on the website) and curiosities related to other arts, such as Rubens' paintings.
The rooms feature scenes from the film, excerpts from the script and the eccentric director's influences when making the film based on the book by Arthur C. Clarke. It is recommended not to visit the exhibition if you have not seen the feature film; the odyssey would not be the same.
Auschwitz (Until February 3rd)
Exhibited at the Canal Art Center, near Plaza Castilla, the exhibition was expanded for the second time due to its enormous success: more than 450.00 visits since its inauguration in Madrid.
It's best to go on a clear day, ready to embark on a journey through history and the agonizing suffering of millions of people in the most representative site of the Holocaust. The experience will go beyond any set of words that can be used to describe it.
