The '30 Day Bicycle Challenge' arrives in the city through the Environmental Policy Department of the City Council with the aim of promoting the daily use of bicycles as an element of personal mobility through the streets of the municipality.

Julio Huete, Environmental Policy Advisor, explained that “we have a duty to generate social change through programs, projects and campaigns that promote the use of bicycles as a means of transport for health, personal well-being and improving our quality of life. life . . ”

During the month of April the council will organize various activities raise awareness of the importance of sustainable mobility. The challenge starts on Sunday, the 2nd, with a gymkhana and parade at the Fairgrounds.

30 Days by Bike is an initiative with a national and international presence that invites participants to ride a bike every day for the 30 days of April and share it with the hashtags #30díasenbici or #30DEB on the 30DEB organization's Facebook wall.
